Help with a Snorkel for a 110 2.5 NA

I am hopefully about to buy a C Reg (1985) 110 2.5 NA and I'm looking for a snorkel kit for it. Can only find ones for TD or TDi .. any ideas anyone

i beleive the snorkel for a TD/200tdi will be the correct one cos the air intake is on the nearside. dont get a 300tdi snorkel cos the air intake is on the drivers side.

Yep, That's what i would have said

dont get one designed for a 200tdi unless you want to knock a hole in the side of your wing. even then you cannot ensure the water tightness of it. also check under the bonnet for obstructions as i couldnt see a very easy route from there. your better off going in from the top of the wing. rebel4x4 do a kit for the N/A i believe.

I have a 1988 90 with a 200TDi coversion. The snorkel i have on it fits for a 200TDi or a 2.5TD as the vent in the nearside wind is the same. The only bugger is connecting the pipe to the side vent and may involve taking the whole heater assy out. Managed to get at mine gynologically through the side but it aint easy.

I have a mantec type snorkel in my N/A going in through the top of the wing but for now it's just cosmetic. I can't find a route wide enough to run it to the air filter. I had thought of getting the heater matrix off and running under it.

Adz has said I'd be better off making my own pipework from off the self stuff from somewhere like homebase.
