if it's a 2a and its longer than 88" chances are it will be a 109 - 110 wasnt out untill way past that year - get a hammer and have a bash at the underneath, if you can easily make holes in the metal work it ant ready for the mot - if it drives and stops just put it through the mot then you'll at worst have a list of jobs to do on it - best case it will pass and the bobs your uncle

As for being ok for MOT, you can pretty much rest assured it won't be
Nothing wrong with buying motors off ebay, I've had loads of cars most of which were ok, 3 landies the only one of which that was as described being the 250 quid series 3 (spares or repair), and about a dozen motorbikes, some good, some bad. My advice would be expect the worst then you won't be dissapointed

My advice would be expect the worst then you won't be dissapointedfor £180 that looks fine to me - put it through the MOT as it is, last S3 i bought sailed through (ok he told me a rear stop light bulb had blown)
its a a 109 and sorta orginal looking ish - check the simple things like lights etc then get the MOT, if it fails make sure you get all the paper work from them then you'll have a job list, its worth paying the £50 just to get the list of faults if it fails.
you didnt expect a minter for £180 did ya ?

I saw that one on ebay was going to have a bid as it's not far from me but forgot in the end. Here's a tip. Any old Landy that lives near the sea is probably going to have been used for launching boats/driving on the beach, then left to fester all winter, so expect major rust underneath especially at the back end. Also expect knackered brakes and pipework, dodgy electrics, wonky steering, etc, etc, etc
