Back again to our rough idling 200 tdi discovery ( it has had new rings, shells and a turbo). its idling rough when cold in the morning and was doing this before a rebuild so the rebuild has not influenced this. when it gets warm its fine but powerless and rough when cold. could this be a lift pump as it sounds like diesel pressure in the system is lost after a long time (over night)????
