Not another newbie I hear you all say but please I am after some advice/help. I recently purchased a Vogue 4.4v8 (L332) autobiography 2012. The car is an absolute dream to drive and I cannot understand why I haven't owed one before, or am I going to find out why very soon? The car drives perfectly, no funny engine noises, no suspension knocks, no hesitation in gear changes, suspension goes up and down when different heights are selected (well most of the time) this is problem number 1.
On occasions on start up I get a "suspension fault" ping up, if I turn it off and on again then it doesn't return, I had the codes read and it says front left height sensor, so Im guessing this is a easy fix. then theres problem number 2 which is baffling me.
Im getting a very strange noise when driving slowly ie in country lanes or car parks, to me it sounds like a resonating kind of noise, im not getting any knocks or bangs at all and no vibration felt through the car. can only just hear it when the windows are closed and you really have to listen for it but when the window is open its very clear, I really have no idea what it could be.
Have any of you have an similar experience or could advise me as to what it is
many thanks in advance Dan.
