Hi All,

Thanks for taking the time to read my post, I currently have a MK1 Freelander 3dr 1.8 petrol and I am looking at getting a nudge bar for the front, complete with light pods and while im at it i'll put on the standard front fogs as mine doesn't have them.

My question is, does anyone have a guide to, or know about the wiring of these additional lights?

Are the front fogs prewired into the main loom or are they seperate and if I dont have them, need to run in new wires?

Does this also apply for light pods etc?

I've attached images of a before (not my actual car) and what im hoping will be after :)

If anyone has any ideas, guides, words of wisdom or experience then please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Long live the Landy!

Hi and welcome

I would say save your money for a new head gasket however if your looking for genuine accessories it may be worth getting hold of a copy of RAVE as there is fitting instructions for all accessories for your vehicle.

Here's the ones for the fog lights

Thanks Guys,

Everything on the Freelander is sweet, HG is absolutely fine, Been upgraded already, as had a rover 216 cabrio once that died of HGF!

I can find all genuine parts, second hand at a good price, hopefully collecting next week, so will need to work out how to get them in, Aiming for the look in the pic I uploaded.

Thanks for the thumbs you attached, will take a good look at them.

Cheers

Gary
