Rave is on the computer at home and I'm in Walmart parking lot. How do I get to the linkage? From underneath or through the console?

Sorry, but it sounds like you will need to go under to the point where the cable connects to the selector arm on the box and move the lever into drive.Auto. It seems the cable has broken.
Beat me to it, glad you got home OK.Got it home by crawling underneath and manually putting it into drive.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the damn thing out. Rave is no help. Not good for WSR tho is it ...
Thanks.IIRC, the cable is adjustable at the GB end, and fixed within the selector ... It has been a while since I changed one, and I remember the selector is awkward to get out of the car ... I think it has to come to bits to change the cable too...
I have a spare selector which I could photograph if it would help ... let me know .....
Thanks.
