Hi I joined this site because I have a mystery object in my shed by my exboyfriend. My local mechanic says it is a fuel injection pump for a Land Rover it appears to be brand new. It says on side that it is made in Germany, with the following numbers:

it also has 780 772 2 2 on the main body and then 4851 97240M on one end.
Could anyone tell me if it is a fuel injection pump and how much it is worth to sell please. I can send pictures if you want to see it.
