Have signed up as I frequently find this site on my google searches and often there are useful discussions. I’ve owned Land Rovers since 1997 when I bought my first. In order I’ve owned 94 Discovery 200TDI S, 96 Discovery 300TDI ES, 98 Discovery 300 TDI ES Auto, 99 Range Rover P38 4.0 SE, 2004 Range Rover L322 4.4 Vogue Two Freelander 2 S and a 2010 Discovery 4 SDV6 GS. There was also a Freelander 1 in there somewhere. I’ve had problems in the past that I may be able to help others resolve and I’m sure I’ll look for support on future problems too ;o)

Hiya John, Thanks. I tried to sign up earlier but I kept getting rejected; I was fortunate a pw reset worked this time but had failed on earlier attempts - probably just me.
I currently have the Disco SDV6 its a GS registered November 2010. Its been fab, I have just fitted a Nextbase 512 dashcam and a Kuda mount for the TomTom 60 so it looks more fitted and therefore looks less easy to steal.
I recommend the Kuda Mounts to anyone and Kuda are happy to supply from Germany where they are cheaper than UK internet sites.
My wife has a 07 Freelander 2 S with Landrover Media system (rear screens playing movies from iphone), Nextbase 312GW dashcam, TomTom 60 and Parrot kit
We went for the entry level cars after the RR Vogue components dated over the years we had it and were frustrated that LR failed to support upgrades.
