Hello to all - new Land Rover owner

Just to say Hiya... may be coming here for advice on techncal stuff (my Landy has a Nissan LD28 engine in it) and also green laning/off road news, events and advice.

How do you find the Nissan engine?

Well, it was OK but now much power beyond accelerator depressed halfway.

I picked it up in Carmarthenshire to drive it back to it's new home in Gateshead,
got as far as York and the clutch went completely...

So.. I'll get back to you on that one when it's fixed.. next week some time... had a bit of an adventure trying to work out what clutch to put in (all dealt with over phone with garage!)..
Personally I would have taken it out and had a look!
