Hello peeps

Thought I would say hello to everyone formally, as I have been on the forum a few times gleaning helpful information. I live in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and have a long time connection with Land Rovers my first being a 1958 2ltr diesel 2A Reg NBW 293. Does anyone know where it is now? Also have a 1985 2.4ltr two door RR,1972 series 2A diesel 1998 Defender and a few more restoration project land rover's. I better not mention some of the other vehicles in my collection on this site! but some are Russian and some are German I'll leave it at that. I have also just bought myself a 98 DSE P38 which I regard as the last proper RR which I had always fancied owning. So when I saw one advertised on the side of the road the other week, I rang the number in the window. Subsequently met up with the owner for a test drive, a kick off the tyres and ended up buying the old girl at what I thought was a very reasonable £1,100 (including a brand new battery thrown in!). Anyway that's why I am on LZ as it had a few problems that you long termer types are helping me with.
