From the book of I would like it to work but not a big deal if I cant get it too
Doors on HSE d4 have buttons to lock doors part of the keyless entry system. My passenger side button works as it should as did the rear drivers side until I took it off and fitted it to the front drivers door. Did this because the driver’s door didn’t work and thought it may just be the micro switch .
you can unlock the car by touching the handle but it won’t lock when I press the button. I’m at a bit of a loss as there’s nothing mentioned like this on the net.
Is there a setting I’m missing? Does it need programmed and if so, how?
Bit of a head scratcher on the vid you can see the passenger side working as it should.
