I have had my 2006 Freelander 1 TD4 Freestyle since October 2016 and I love it!! Have always wanted one ever since they came out.
Recently had all 4 injectors replaced; two had practically gone so I thought it was safer to replace all 4. Luckily I found someone to do it for just over £500.
Went to Kelmarsh with my brother who owns a CVC Range Rover (amongst other Land Rovers and Range Rovers). It was great to see so many Land Rovers in one place. It was a very interesting weekend!
I have a problem with the tailgate. The dashboard keeps indicating that there is a door open and the interior light comes on.
I think its connected to the tailgate as the rear wipers doesn't work when this happens.
Also, the tailgate glass doesn't always shut and I am worried I am going to damage something keep opening and closing it so i can lock the car without it beeping at me.
Someone suggested it is the microswitch in the tailgate itself.
Any ideas?
