Heater matrix O rings

Finally got round to replacing my leaking O rings today. All went well after using a dremmel and hacksaw blade to cut the vent duct.
just got to put the rest of the stuff back together now

I actually cut a hole in the inner side panel with a dremmel and used my long handled screwdriver from there. Good access and was able to put quite a bit of pressure on the screw to stop it stripping. The old O rings were very brittle and fell apart when I got them out

Yep stainless allen cap bolt in mine ready for next time which is probably coming up soon as it was quite a few years ago.
