Heater control cable clamps help!!!

I am currently putting my 90 back together and have come to install all heater control cables. I seemed to have miss placed the heater control cable clamp and tiny grub screw. Does anyone know where I can get the parts as no where seems to sell independently. The type of clamp I am after if the same in Bustersbus 2nd picture in the following thread.
