If the Indicators are working on both sides but the hazards don't is it save to assume, that the relay switch in the dash board fusebox all the way to the right, is in working order and the hazard switch is at fault?

Hmm....it is very possible (as on my Yamaha) that part of he relay is defective. My hazards were working but individual left/right indicators were not. Was bad relay.

Maybe you have a friend with a hippo you could try swapping the switch with first ?

Put your location in your profile and then maybe some local to you will offer to let you try a known good relay

Will do

Do the hazards work when you lock/unlock the car.
I think there may be a seperate relay for the hazards/alarm.

No they don't
Thats how I noticed there was a problem.
Had a quick google and it mentioned hazards so I went back out and tried em
Thought at first my alarm was knackered but how would the fob unlock the doors if that was faulty
Alarm works fine

Try a new hazard relay.

Which one is that?
The one on the far right does the indicators.
Not sure which one is for the hazards if it's seperate
Wiring Diagram 6 in Haynes says its in the interior fuse box but dunno which one it dont say ..yes the indicator one is seperate.

Rave mentions a flasher unit and a hazard relay in the fusebox, and explains both in the Descriptions and Operations.
If only people would download Rave and read it:rolleyes:

The problem with that is that RAVE doesn't cover the later models. Only goes up to 2002 iirc
2004MY Rave shows a hazard warning relay in the passenger fuse box,

But I think this may only be to do with the alarm side of it, as it's controlled by the CCU.
As the OP says there are no hazards at all, I would think it would be a feed problem.
The hazard switch and the hazard relay are both fed from fuse7 in the engine bay fusebox,
