Handbrake lever picot spacers - correct order?

I reassembled the handbrake lever for my series 3 earlier.

From the photo, can anyone confirm if the spacers on the pin that connects the ratchet plate to the lever are in the correct order? The manual is not clear on what should be where in relation to the lever. I haven't bent the split pin yet just in case anything is wrong.
