guttering full of holes

Now i have taken the light bar & the roofrack off my recently acquired 90 the rain guttering is full of drilled holes, i have tried to fill them with isopon etc to no avail. Any one else had this & how did you fill em

Never had the problem but you could try riveting them shut or a bit of silicone and a small nut / bolt combo that doesn't restrict water flow. If you wanted to go all out, find someone who can TIG weld and get them to fill the holes with nice new ally.

try ft101 a unibond youcan product can apply when wet bonds fills and is over paintable.

Rivet back in place then use tiger seal on the tops of them.

job done! in the end i blanked off the bottom of the holes with electrical tape, filled the holes with araldite rapid, hour later moved the tape, sorted. Does anyone know if hammerite comes in "Epsom Green"?
