Good news or Bad??

Just seen this news article BBC NEWS | England | Wear | Inventor wins speed camera battle

Now is this good news because he can prove he wasn't speeding or bad news because they could theoretically be fitted to every vehicle and prove not only your whether you were speeding but also if you nipped to the shop while you were supposed to be on your way to a job or spent 2minutes longer than you should have on a break.

Big brother is watching....Again! some bright spark will come up with an automated fine giving system linked to it no doubt! Oh crap, did i say that out loud...quick pass the paper bag!
