help please,since i have had my freelander 1 td4 2006 now for 6 months allways on start up glow plug light comes on for limited time as should do.today glow plug light not going on at all every time i start car, do i have a fault or is this normal now outside temp. is above15to20centigrade

glow plug operation depends on engine coolant temperature ..
so you might only see the light come on .. first thing in morning ..
i.e. assuming the engine has been off overnight

The glow plug light only lights if the coolant is under 15°C, although the plugs are probably used after the engine has started. The light won't light in this instance as the plugs only operate to improve running after the start.
