As I will soon be 50 I have now bought a landy. Its a td5 110 and I hope to get it ready soon for a few trips. I normally ride a m/c for a holiday in Africa or eastern europe but age and aces and pains have got to me and a landy seems a good way to keep traveling.
Anyone know of any web sites to look at to see what I will need to do to prepare my 110 for a trip?
I have owned two before one was a series 11 V8 that mainly ran on 6 or 7 and was very thirsty but handy around the farm. The other was a county 90 that was a pile of **** (rust, wrong engine, bits missing) so I got rid of it asap.
This one is Ex BT so hopefully its been looked after.
