Does anybody have the fitting instructions for the facelift podded driving lights that they might be able to scan/photograph and share?

I've been given some nice aftermarket spot lights, and I already have the genuine switch from the accessory set (liberated from a scrap car). I'd like to utilise the switch and get it sorted so that it illuminates like the other switches, and controls the aftermarket lights. I've fitted spot lights before on a number of other cars so I'm quite comfortable sorting out the relay, fusing and all the wiring, but I'm keen to keep the dashboard stock and having the genuine switch working. Although I have RAVE to help in terms of vehicle wiring diagrams, the version I have does not have the facelift accessory fitting details. As such, the proper instructions might save me a bit of time identifying connections in the fuse box and loom etc.

This is the switch I have.

No problem.

I'm not exactly sure where it is, but I was planning on selling it (maybe) so I'll need to dig it out.

I'll see if I can copy the instructions for you. ;)
Thanks Nodge, although, depending on what you're after for the kit, I might be interested in the job lot.

I'll definitely copy the instructions for you. I'm unsure if I'll be selling the kit yet, as I am still looking to get another facelift FL1, so might still need the kit.
However if the wife doesn't want the lights on the FL1 (it'll be hers) then I'll put them up for sale.
;)

There's a section in the Rave manual that has all the accessory fitting instructions. Dunno if they cover the facelift.
Hi Gerald, I had a look, but the version of RAVE that I have only has the spot lights for the pre face-lift. Not sure how different the wiring might be between models though. I may study the wiring diagrams to see.

@Nodge68 don't worry too much about the instructions. I've studied the wiring diagrams and have worked out how I'm going to connect everything up. I've identified the cables and connections I need to utilise. I've just got to find the most convenient way through the bulhead for a single cable.

I dug the kit out today, but that's ok, as I've not copied the instructions yet. ;)

There's a spare nipple on the main harness grommet IIRC. However getting to the main harness grommet is a PITA. :(
