Fuse Box Help-Landrover Freelander

What are the two bigger squarw yellow fuses on the left handside of the fusebox? The lower yellow box is clicking and making a sound almost like how a speaker would sound when you turn it on prior to when music is playing. Ever 5 seconds or so I hear click, and the sound previously described. HELP?

think you'll find it's a relay in need of replacing.

If the relays are the same (which I think they are) swap the one for the other, if the fault goes then the relay was faulty if not then you need to look elsewhere.
