I have a question?
I have P38 2.5 DT year 1997 non EGR,100k,no hot/cold start problem but when I am driving my car
during changing gear /manual gearbox/when revs quickly going down below 2000 diagnostic lamp/fuel system/ is lighting on for a while.It happens very often but not always.If in that moment I kick the accelerate to the floor sometimes i have no power.Engine stops.Like flooding the engine but this is diesel.
Temporary solution is let revs drop to 800 and gently accelerate or quick change gear about 2000 .
Also I noticed that fuel consumption is higher /24 mpg outside urban and not a sport ride/.
Besides is ok.
