Lads after a quick question, going to replace my fuel spill line, but i cant find a number or a supplier that sells the olive and nut that attaches it back to the fuel pump!

Anybody know where i can track one down and more importantly what size it is?

Cheers in advance no doubt someone will have a linky somewhere:rolleyes:

Got the nut and got the olive, been a while since i used small brass olives, but if i remember right, do you need to heat them up to fit them over the pipe?

As the nut goes over easily but the olive is just too tight!

Just changed my spill return pipe last week as the old one was cracked on the banjo and leaking.

Luckily I got two nuts and two olives, just in case. There was a ridge on the end of the fuel pipe which was filed off, then a general dose of wet and dry. Then I used the spare nut fitted backwards over the end of the pipe and tapped it on with a hammer.

It was pretty tight but went on ok and now the return is leak free.

Maybe you could cut the nut off your old pipe and do the same?

Just got to fix the diesel pump throttle spindle diesel leak now, once the spindle repair kit arrives.
