Fuel Pump Shut Off Switch

Does anyone know if there is a fuel pump shut off switch on a Disco 1 ? If there is where is it ?!? My Rover was running fine yesterday but this morning when I got into it to go out it wouldnt crank. I cant hear the fuel pump come on . Checked the fuses everything looks to be ok . Please can someone help ?

Its behind the dash, black box with a button on top, have a look from the drivers footwell, its on the left of the steering column about half way up. Its got white wires goin to it iirc.
