owner.

Not seen it in the flesh myself, although I have chatted with the father of
the owner on several occasions. This one has a modified fuel tank to allow
fitment of LPG tank as pictured and also an internal tank as well hence the
capacity.

Genuinely interested parties please contact the seller direct. Tyre kickers
beware.. Bar grips don't budge.

Just the plate i'd guess. Mines got an 81 plate on it.

 
The 101 Ambies were "remodeled/rebuilt/rebodied" original GS 101s. But they
were issued with new military plates once the conversion was complete. These
were used to calculate the date in service for giving the corresponding
civvie plate on release - hence 80/81.

I also have an A* plate 101 ambi - but would try not to advertise it
as a 1980... :)
