Hello, due to a leak in the heating rad during the summer and diluting of the anti freeze in the rad by constantly topping up the resevoir bottle  and with the present weather the above has happened... Just want to know if there is a frost stat somewhere on the rad that cuts off the fuel to the car preventing start up.. as the car will turn over but acts as if it is starved of petrol? We are trying to de-frost before any attempt to run the car. Any tips or what will be required to rectify the problem as soon as weather permits.

if i'd have known he'd got a 2002 "Freelander Serengeti 1.8 petrol" i'd have not been so helpful
