Front seats

Hi everybody I've just purchased a freelander, one thing is puzzling me and that is can the front seats be adjusted up and down I have looked all round and wondering if I have missed something. Hope some one can give me an answer

Easy answer is no, can be awkward for the taller or larger driver as you hit your head as you get in.
