Front Electric Window Switch?

Hi, my 2001 P38 front passenger window has given up the ghost. I can't imagine a fuse for just one window so is it possible to swap the switches about on the switch panel to either point to the switch or the motor? or is it a sealed type unit which you have to replace as a whole? ££££

what's going on with your P38 window really ? it doesn't go up and down with one touch ? or the switch itself damaged ?

Hi, there is no damage to anything. The window just stopped working ie no up or down, no one touch, nothing. The window is closed and all other functions on the switch panel work fine ie mirrors, 3 other windows and isolator switch for the back. Cheers, Pete.

CHECK FOR WIRE LOOSE BEHIND DOOR PANEL.
IF OK PUT TEST METRE ONTO CONNECTOR AND OPERTAE SWITCH.

If no voltage movement then switch knackered

if voltage movement then window motor knackered
