Disco 2 front crossmember ARB mount

removed my ace and in the proccess of replacing with a normal ARB kit but one of the front arb fixings have stripped the threads and seeing as its a captive nut inside the chasis leg fooks me so is helicoiling my only option ?

You could fit a threaded insert, but only if the remains of the old nut aren't there.
