guys
I'm changing front crank seal and sump gasket.
my pulley shaft has a 1.4 mm groove in it-speedi sleeve or new pulley?
also, please check out pics and comment on any defects

dressing sump ready to re-fit, the original gasket was well stuck on!!

new water pump fitted, a small smudge if hylomar each side of gasket:

cant you set it at tdc and add one

tiny bead of loctite premium rtv on both surfaces, used a couple of exhaust studs in block to act as guides getting pan on square:

sump left for 24hrs, new genuine filter and fresh oil....she now purs again
