Front Bumper chassis slightly corroded inside

Nothing is ever easy on my Landy:mad: went to fit by nice new A - Bar I picked up of eBay and whilst I was undoing the bumper bolts the two on the offside snapped in situ!:eek: 1 hour later I have the bumper off to find the offside chassis is corroded inside.and in parts on the outside. See all the pics attached. The nearside leg is 95% OK
Is there a repair kit available to weld this? and is this a MOT failure? I also attach a pic of what the landy will look like once I have fixed it...(bumper just balanced on with loose bolts! Thanks in advance as always

yes if done right, make up afresh with 2mm late as long as your going back to good metal,a bit of small angle or box is good to brace bolt holes

as promised, photos of repaired front chassis leg, £10 for the steel £10 to a welder. I then painted with Primer and Black Plasticote.. Bumper and A bar rebolted on Fine
