Hi all, honored to introduce myself.
Just bought a Disco II 1999 V8 - my first Landy and I LOVE it. Previous owner did a great body job on it, facelift with new lights - looks great.
Need to learn a lot, obviously. A rocker came with the car in plastic bag, with the old rocker the engine sounds like a diesel. Plugs and injectors are in bad condition. LPG is - ok, it's sequential, - awful. Homemade, almost. 40L LPG per 100 km. Gas is fine, 21-22L/100km. Strange BLAM sound coming from rear suspension when picking up speed or easy braking or rolling. Got to learn a lot...
Found me a Disco library on CD, all up to 1999. PDFs with a lot of links. Links didn't work because of the old format. Updated the indexes, all works perfect now. All books are there - electrics, repair manuals,parts, etc. So if anyone needs it...
