Hello Ive just logged in as a new member. We have a V6 which is again in the main dealership - only done 60000 miles and had a new cambelt last year. Since we bought it in 2003 the heater matrix failed and the read door latch failed (luckily whilst our dog was not inside) - both replaced under warranty. V6 in garage January this year running lumpy on starting - dealership replaced spark plugs. Now back in dealership with either a suspected head gasket or a cracked engine. We no longer have it under warranty

V6 has been treated with kid gloves ever since we purchased it. Never off road, regularly maintained at main dealership. We wrongly thought a V6 would be more tougher than a 1.8. How wrong we were.

Has anyone else had similar problems with a V6.
