Freelander TD4 Auto - DMF?

Hi All,

New to the forum and looking to purchase a good TD4 5 Door 2004-2006 version Freelander in the next 2-3 months.
I am still a little reluctant with buying diesel due to issues in the past with Dual Mass Flywheels, injectors and swirl flaps, but im unsure if the TD4 Auto has a DMF, Could anyone advise?

I do around 15,000 a year up and down the motorway, and have always been drawn to off roading.
Also, every one i see for sale seems to have a tow bar fitted, is this anything to worry about on an auto, as i know towing puts extra strain on the clutch in manuals.

Go for the auto, better all round

Autos don't have DMF they have a torque converter , also dont have swirl flaps in a TD4 . The jatco box is very durable. Best of the freelanders , have had several
