Freelander parcel shelf

Hello. I have a three door and would like a parcel shelf. I didn’t realise they were more rare than Dodo’s however. So, has anyone ever cobbled a 5 door one to fit. Or are they really very different. Ta

Anything is possible, but the Hardback and Wagon have completely different design parcel shelfs. The Hardback has a solid parcel shelf, but the Wagon uses a roller blind type.
It might be possible to fabricobble something together, but it won't necessarily work or look good. I know of a couple of Hardback owners that made their own parcel shelves from scratch out of thin plywood, covering them in automotive carpet to match the interior colour. Doing this should give you a satisfactory finish, but at a fraction of the cost of a second hand OE one.

I think a 3-door parcel shelf will cost more than what I paid for my FL1!!! Generally I don't need it, but would be handy for when the hard top is left off.

If its any help there are a few for sale on Facebook selling pages for Freelander... If search Freelander on Facebook it will bring a few pages up so request to join them. I have seen some recently but work computers don't allow access to Facebook so cant really add a link... Sorry
