Hi, for my aging Freelander, I need to explore the problems inside the Transfer box. Now I have seen a few places selling complete rebuild kits for about £160. This sounds like a good idea compaired to the cost of a reconditioned box. I have been informed that my crown wheel and pinion will have been worn out too.
My question is where can I get a replacement crown and pinion from?

How much experience have you got in rebuilding gearboxes and differentials?

hat man, i think your being to hard on the little chap. let him buy one and become a man. it may be his time now.

PS, i have no experence, but i'm good with lego. Im sure then come with lego type instructions where every picture comes with one more piece added
