freelander cruise control

i have been looking into getting a 'Waeco Magic Speed cruise controller MS 50' to my 2003, pre facelift TD4, the website says 'Diesel vehicles require an additional brake booster, with a source of negative pressure', is this something that will turn a cheap fit expensive???

any advice would be great!
