Freelander Commercial Folding Bench Seat

Having a folding 2-person bench seat fitted to my commercial Freelander next week, however it only come's with the two lap belts and now with the new laws, and having to fit two kiddies seat's from time to time I am looking to fit some 3 point inertia seat belts. Looking in the back it looks like the top anchor point for the rear belt is there though I will have to check if there is a floor mounting anchor when the hard board is lifted out.

Has anybody come across someone converting a commercial , I would assume I could purchase rear belts from the dealer and fit them quite easily.Any info would be appreciated
