Freelander air intake

Hi guys. Just purchased a freelander td4 2004.
got under the bonnet today and found the air intake hose hanging off , re-fitted it then realised the bolt holding the air intake pipe along the front onto the engine was snapped.
Any suggestions on how to remove as the issue is putting strain on the air hose causing it to pop off
