Not a fix but my mates got the same problem in his P38 radio.
Tried all sorts of stuff to fix it and he's now looking for a replacement unit.
Seems the digital tuning chip inside has decided that only odd numbers exist.
Could try a specialist to investigate but sounds like a replacement if his experiences are anything to go by.
