I've always thought that Freelander Specialist had a good rep. Recently though they quoted a member what looked a really high price for some work. Looking at their page for a recon PTU - there look to be lots of clauses why you might lose your $300 surcharge - broken case sounds reasonable, not so sure damaged gears should be. Bell have always given good service, not sure I've heard anything negative about their service - even if many on here think their view on testing F1 VCUs are to "commercial".
So weigh them up and see, and as I say, check the conditions of surcharge (for your PTU).
