Freelander 2 huming noise above 50mph

I recently purchased a 2013 Freelander 2 HSE SD4 with 75,000 miles and almost new tyres. At speeds above 50mph I have noticed a rumbling noise like a dry / damaged bearing but not sure how to identify which one. I guess it could be wheel bearings, CV joints or Haldex unit. Does anyone have any ideas how to start fault finding?

Rear diff is a usual suspect.

Do you know how i could confirm it without replacing it?

I had something similar and it turned out to be the tyres
