2012 FL2 HSE Auto 135K Miles
My Freelander has just started to whine at and I’ve been checking everything both on the road and while on the ramps but nothing seems be amiss anywhere, wheel bearings and propshaft bearings seem perfect too, the sound seems to come from the rear and the whine comes in around 40MPH but as you go faster towards 60 it quietens off a little.
Should I change rear diff bearings or Pinion bearing or could it be a Haldex problem. What’s the best way to diagnose the problem?
Anyone one else had a similar problem?
