Freelander 1 radio upgrade keeping HK speakers

I'm wanting to upgrade the radio in the freelander 1, I currently have freelander sport 04 & Harmon kardon speakers.

How easy is it to install an aftermarket double din system keeping the original Harmon Cardon setup.

I want something with Bluetooth etc so I can hook up my phone.

I have looked around but there's so much info it's confusing lol.

It's easy - need to ensure you have power feed to the amp from the new head unit which most have nowadays

I have power but no sound, any ideas what's happening. I have the Harmon kardon system in mine if that's any use. I've heard there's a trick to get sound using Harmon kardon?

What have you connected the speak outputs of the HU to?

Need to supply an ignition feed to the purple/yellow lead on the vehicle harness and then sound will be restored
