Hi, somebody have an idea, what could make that wierd sound? when you push the gas pedal till 2000rpm and realesed it makse that sound. But when you do the same but released gas pedal over 2000rpm on tachometer it doesnt make that noise. Only till 2000rmp, some idea?
But when you drive normali, everything is quiet and works fine.

Mine has made that exact noise when the auto box changes gear but only unde gentle power and I have never been able to fathom it out. From your description it sounds like a turbo waist gate or surging problem. Good news is mine has not got worse in 3 years. Could well be a similar fault as mine is coming off power at low revs I just assumed it was the gearbox.

Yes, i heard from few more guys whos thinking that turbo westgate is broken
And the reason of sound could be becauso of overpressure what is making.
Also could be intercooler hose, have to check.

It’s having a laugh!

Swirl flaps fluttering? I think they’re opened/closed by a vacuum servo. If the vacuum hose is busted they’re free to swivel unrestrained and can bounce around.

I will check this out, but what i found, intercooler to mainfold hose pipe in connection place looks like air going behinde
 
All the problem could be turbo actuator. In the video can see it not work well and makes weird sounds in the end.


Here is better video of problem.


Only there is small leak in the pipe what is video, that could be because of overboost what make that sound?

Does somebody know turbo actuator works properly what youbcan see in the video?

The turbo actuator seems to be working ok to me, given the vehicle isn't being driven.

The noise you have after shutting the engine down is probably coming from the throttle butterfly actuator.

So what do u think can be the problem what making that overboost nose driving when i start drive and realese pedal makes that thu thu thu sound
 
Looks like boost presure sensor map are very bad.. Even its shorter and looks a bit melted.

A split boost pipe will make a noise.

Maybe that MAP is giving the wrong boost information to the ECU, which could allow an overboost situation?

Yes i cleaned the MAP and its almost works great, that was my issue. But still has a small overboost when u push the gas pedal a bit and realease.
Need to change new MAP.
Old one looks so bad and even melted a bit, and half a centimeter shorter
