Hi all
I’m looking at buying a 2003 Freelander so thought I’d do a quick mot check -
repair as soon as possible (minor defects):
  • Nearside Front Track rod end ball joint dust cover damaged or deteriorated, but preventing the ingress of dirt (2.1.3 (g) (i))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
  • Power steering component has slight seepage from a component Rack (2.1.5 (a))
  • Offside Front Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material (1.1.11 (c))
  • Nearside Rear Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material From flexi too wheel cylinder (1.1.11 (c))
  • Offside Rear Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material From flexi too wheel cylinder (1.1.11 (c))
  • Rear Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material (1.1.11 (c))
  • Vehicles internal headlight adjuster altered to recheck lights ()
How much would it cost me to get all of these fixed and are they really serious?

TIA

It looks about a day's work for a competent DIYer. The PS leak is the only difficult issue, as it could need a new solid pipe, which could cost as much as everything else on the list. Brake pipes are cheap and easy for someone versed in such repairs. The ball joint is trivial.
You'd have change out of £200 for the parts needed for this repair, plus whatever labour it takes.
