As per my other thread, I've recently changed the cylinder head (10p) on my TD5 Defender 110.

I was unable to start it, as when I turned it over the FPR started leaking fuel. I ordered a new FPR off eBay as the old one was a few years old. I fitted it and the same thing has happened again.

See video:

...and do excuse the Mrs getting distracted by a cat.

The filter/oring were fitted to the cylinder head first and as far as I can tell the gasket only goes on one way. The bolts were torqued to 25nm.
I'm a bit at loss as to where to go from here.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Solved.

The FPR came supplied with the wrong gasket. Despite this being a 10p engine, it's using the FPR gasket often marketed/named 15p.
