Found me some lanes in Nottinghamshire

Hey guys,

My Landranger maps arrived today and I had a look for some BOATs over a cuppa and turned up a few surprising ones. I've drawn a quick map in google for those that want to take a look. Nothing looks to me to be restricted although the route does pass through some farms.

Doesn't look like anything very challenging but still it might be a nice trip. Maybe I'll try out the route this weekend

Very interesting. I suppose the challenge with this initially is the figuring out if its legal with all the restrictions we have these days? Bit bloody obvious, I know!

Well as long as there are no TR's on the trails it should be fine. Accoarding to the map they are BOATs so they should be ok

. But there are hardly any BOATs on either my Nottingham and Loughborough or Buxton and Matlock maps

. Quite a few "Other route with public access's" but you have to be very careful with those and check them properly.

I'm finding more and more BOATs are becoming restricted

Last year while doing some laning I was surprised my sat nav actually took my town one lane that wasn't on the Landranger map as a BOAT. There are quite a few Byways down this way but favourite Byways are in the Surrey Hills
