Hi all,
I have a Freelander 1.8 petrol 1998 which has an annoying fault... The engine always starts reliably when cold (albeit not on all cylinders for the first 30 seconds or so). Once it's fully up to temperature and nice and hot, I can re-start it absolutely fine on all cylinders right from the start.
However, the engine won't start at all when merely warm. So for example if I stop off on the way home to do some shopping and the thing is turned off for say 20-30m, then no amount of cranking will get the bugger to fire up and it's a case of coming back the next morning by which time it's fully cold and all is fine again.
It's had new plugs, distributor cap/rotor and HT leads fitted.
Any ideas what the problem could be here?![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
